Timeline/Tips for Running a Great Fundraiser!!!

Note:  If you haven’t done so already, call or email Bob and alert him that you’ll be running a fundraiser for your organization.  You’ll need to confirm the availability of your desired delivery date and time.  You can also learn quite a bit about fundraising in just 5-10 minutes over the phone: Call (215) 292-6524, or emailbobsmith@momspizzahavertown.com.

1)       Go to our fundraising page www.raisedough.com and upload all of the documents needed (Cover Letter, Order Form, Tally Sheet).

2)       Edit the Cover Letter and Order Forms to reflect your organization’s personal data, contact info, goals, due dates, delivery dates, etc…

3)      Distribute order forms, allowing your organization 2-3 weeks to sell as much as possible.

4)       At your due date, collect and tally the orders, and submit them to Bob a week before your scheduled delivery date.  Inevitably you will receive late order forms.  This is OK.  We can accept add-on orders up until the day of delivery as long as the bulk of your order is received the week before.

5)       We suggest that your “fundraisers” accept cash or checks written to “your organization”, and not Mom’s Pizza, during the sales period.

6)       Once the order is finalized, Mom’s will create an invoice to illustrate costs/profits, and the organization can settle up with one check.

7)      On delivery day it would be beneficial to have a few extra volunteers to assist in the distribution of the goods.

8)      Most importantly, please don’t hesitate to call at any time during your fundraiser if you have any questions.  We are here to assist you and hope to be a part of a great fundraiser for your organization.
