PIZZA (IMPORTANT: For all methods…Preheat oven to 475º) Foil - Place pizza (on foil), directly on oven rack - Bake 8-minutes, pull foil & leave pizza on rack - Bake 3-6 more mins to achieve desired crispness Pan w/ Holes or Pizza Screen - Place pizza on pan screen,do not use foil, place pizza in oven - Bake 10-14 minutes to achieve desired crispness Stone – Stone must be hot, preheat stone in oven - Place pizza directly on stone (no foil) - Bake 10-14 minutes to achieve desired crispness Grill - Preheat grill over med-high heat for 10 mins- Place pizza directly on grill rack, with foil - Close lid, turn heat to low, and grill for 10 mins, or until cheese is bubbly &crust is golden brown Important tips for the grill - all grills vary, monitor grilling closely, use indirect heat if grill size allows

STROMBOLI (frozen) - Turn oven on to 475º and immediately place Stromboli directly on rack - Bake for 45 minutes, turning once - Carefully open foil, crisp each side for 3-4 mins WINGS - Keep wings frozen, preheat oven to 475º - Place wings on baking sheet coated w/ nonstick spray & bake for 20 mins, turning once - For crispier wings, just add a few more minutes “BOBBY CHEZ” CRABCAKES - Preheat oven
to 450º & place crabcakes on - Bake for 15 minutes, turning once Alternate Method: Heat Olive Oil in a skillet with lid and sear each side for 5-6 minutes, reduce heat, close lid andheat for another 5 minutes. - Preheat oven to 475 º - Place tomato pie directly on rack, with foil - At 8-minute mark, pull foil & bake 4-5 minutes - Remove from oven and cool before cutting |
