Cooking Instructions

Pizza

  • Fully Pre-heat your oven to 475 degrees
  • Remove plastic wrap and use your pan with holes, or our heavy-duty foil to place the
    pizza directly on your oven rack
  • At 8 minutes, the cheese should start
    to brown, i
    f using our foil, carefully remove the foil using oven mitts.
  • Cook for another few minutes directly on oven rack, or until desired crispness. 
  • Let cheese cool 1-2 minutes on the counter before using your pizza cutter.

                      On The Grill
  • All grills vary, please use these instructions as a guide.
  • Pre-Heat your grill over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
  • Remove plastic wrap from pizza and with foil under pizza, place directly on your grill rack.
  • Close lid and immediately turn heat to low.
  • Unlike your oven there’s no need to slide the foil off, it will get crispy!!
  • Keep lid closed and start checking your pizza at the 8-9 minute mark.  Pizza is done when the cheese starts to brown and bubble.
  • Remove pizza and let stand for a minute or two before slicing.

 Stromboli

  • When possible, please defrost your Stromboli, for 3 hours on the counter, or overnight in the refrigerator.  To bake frozen, scroll down.
  • Fully pre-heat your oven to 475 degrees.
  • Place Stromboli seam-side up on a baking sheet and place in oven.
  • At 25-30 minutes carefully open foil, poke 2-3 holes to release steam, and bake an additional 2-3 minutes on each side to desired crispness.
  • Remove, let cool for 2 minutes, slice & enjoy
  • Frozen: , tum oven to 475 degrees and immediately place Stromboli on middle rack during pre-heat.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, turning once to ensure even baking
  • Carefully open foil, poke 2-3 holes to release steam, and bake an additional 2-3 minutes on each side to desired crispness.
  • Remove, let cool for 2 minutes, slice & enjoy.
